The FSM BS (BA) program aims to develop aspiring professionals with the expertise to drive data-informed decision-making by integrating business management, technology, and analytics. Graduates of Bachelor of Science (Business Analytics) can select from several careers in analytics in the areas of business, operations, people, finance and marketing, where they can leverage their data analytics skills to translate structured and unstructured data into valuable business insights by identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies that inform strategic decisions, optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive sustainable growth across the organization. The program equips graduates to work in cross-functional teams and provides a strong foundation for careers or further studies in business and analytics.

Award of Degree:

For the award of Bachelor of Science (Business Analytics) degree, a student must have:

  • Passed courses totaling at least 136 credit hours, including all those courses which have been specified as Core courses.
  • Obtained a CGPA of at least 2.00

Note 2: Registration in “Final Year Project-I” is allowed provided the student has earned at least 103 credit hours, and his/her CGPA is equal to or greater than the graduating CGPA (2.0).

Note 3:  * Internship can be registered in any semester after the fourth and before the eighth semester. The Internship credit hours and grade shall be used in the calculation of the CGPA of the completed degree. It will not be used in the determination of semester CGPA and merit position.
