Muhammad Hanif is a graduate of the University of Punjab (B.COM 1993, M.COM 1996 Gold Medalist). He qualified all exams of ICMAP in first attempt and never failed in any subject (1998-2001). He completed MS Finance (Gold medalist) (2007-09) from International Islamic university Islamabad. He became Associate Member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan in 2001 and Fellow Member in 2007. He achieved presidential award for securing over all first position in AJK PSC in 1998.
He has 12 years of professional/managerial and teaching experience at Sialkot College of Commerce and Business Administration (College Administrator), Punjab Group of Colleges (Faculty accounting and tax), Riphah International University (Faculty Finance), Bahria University (Faculty managerial accounting), ICMAP (Faculty advance financial accounting) and National University FAST (faculty accounting and finance). He was Manager Finance at a non profit Health and Educational Trust (having 4 colleges and 3 hospitals at that time) from 2001 to 2004. He has vast experience in financial and tax consultancy. His assignments on the jobs included but not limited to co ordination, accounting system development, tax consultancy, development of Standard Operating Procedures, curriculum design, evaluation, conduct of seminar, internal audit and organizational development consultancy.
His research area includes corporate finance, Earnings Management and Islamic Banking & Finance.
