Islamabad Convocation 2018

NUCES-FAST is organizing its 53rd Convocation for awarding degrees to the graduates on:
Date: Thursday, August 9, 2018
Venue: Islamabad Campus, H-11/4
Graduates of the following batches are cordially invited to attend the convocation:

• BBA(Batch 2014)
• BS (A&F) (Batch 2014)
• BS (CS) (Batch 2014)
• BS (EE) (Batch 2014)
• MS (MG) (Batch 2016)
• MBA1/2 Year (Batch 2015 & 16)
• MS (CS) (Batch 2015 & 16)
• MS (EE) (Batch 2015 & 16)
• MS (SE) (Batch 2015 & 16)
• PhD (CS) (Batch 2010 - 14)

Compulsory full dress rehearsal of above mentioned disciplines will be held at the campus on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 03:00 P.M.

Registration Fee

• Rs. 2,500/- by 3rd August 2018 which covers the cost of participation in the convocation, gown’s rent, photographs and refreshments for a graduate and his/her parents.
• Rs. 3,000/- after the deadline of registration.

Fee is payable in cash only, in the Accounts Office on a working day (Mon-Fri) during office hours (09:00 AM – 04:00 PM).
No graduate will be allowed to attend the convocation and respective rehearsal without paying fee. Gowns will be issued on the day of rehearsal after collecting security of
Rs.1000/-.
Registration forms are available at NU website, Slate portal and on photocopier shop of the campus.
All graduates are advised to please register themselves by Friday, August 3, 2018 for confirmation of their seats. Kindly submit the following documents in Central Academic Office, Room No. 208, 2nd floor, CS Block. No registration request will be entertained after the deadline OR on the day of rehearsal.

• Fee Receipt
• Campus Clearance Form (collect from respective academic office)
• Graduate Survey Form
• Photocopies of CNIC of graduates & their guests
