Non-Faculty Position in Islamabad Campus

An experienced and enthusiastic library professional is required to provide reference and research services and assist in technical processing of material according to library standards. To support reference service, the incumbent would also produce flyers/posters/brochures and develop Lib-guides and library portal.

Qualification and Experience
Masters in Library Sciences/Information Science from HEC recognized University, plus minimum THREE years of experience, preferably in an academic setup.
Applicant should have experience in management, administration and operations of a library. Knowledge of IT applied in library and research settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Applicants having knowledge of Machine Readable Catalogue (MARC), Integrated Library System (ILS), Library of Congress Subject Heading (LCSH), and Anglo American Cataloging Rules (AACR-II) would be given preference.
