Mr Alam is a Fulbright scholar and a graduate of the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University, USA, where he specialized in mathematical programming and optimal control theory for resource management. Mr. Alam’s research interests include economic optimization theory, systems modeling for the energy-water- food-economy nexus, and more recently data science and informatics for water and agriculture.
