Ayesha Bano is currently an Assistant Professor at FAST School of Management, National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Islamabad, Pakistan. She joined FAST as a Lecturer in 2010. She did her BSc in Economics and Management (University of London External programme) and then pursued her MSc degree in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics, UK. Her research Interests are varied. To date she has supervised undergraduate and graduate level final year projects in the following areas: Leadership development, Organisational Justice, Factors affecting attitudinal and behavioural outcomes in organisations (such as job satisfaction, commitment, performance and turnover), Emotional Intelligence, Gender, Employer branding, Performance Management. Her academic Distinctions includes Award of the internationally competitive PJD Wiles Scholarship for her MSc studies by LSE, UK, an Upper Second Class Honours degree in BSc Economics and Management and a merit scholarship for three years during the B.Sc. studies.
