Undergraduate Programs
Those who have taken the HSSC or an equivalent examination and are awaiting result are also eligible to apply.
The four-year undergraduate programs of full time study are divided into eight semesters.
Eligibility & Selection Criteria
- BBA - BS (Accounting & Finance) - BS (Civil Engg) - BS (Computer Science) - BS (Electical Engg)
BBA
Eligibility
- At least 60% marks in Matriculation or an equivalent examination AND
- Passed the HSSC or an equivalent examination
Selection Criteria
Selection on the basis of NU Admission Test
- Merit list prepared by assigning 30% weight to Matriculation marks (or equivalent exam) and 70% to score obtained in the NU Admission Test
OR
Selection on the basis of SAT score
- Combined score of 1,500 or more in the SAT-I examination

BS (Accounting & Finance)
Eligibility
- At least 60% marks in Matriculation or an equivalent examination AND
- Passed the HSSC or an equivalent examination

- Merit list prepared by assigning 30% weight to Matriculation marks (or equivalent exam) and 70% to score obtained in the NU Admission Test
OR
Selection on the basis of SAT score
- Combined score of 1,500 or more in the SAT-I examination

BS (Civil Engineering)
Eligibility
- At least 60% marks in Matriculation or an equivalent examination AND
- At least 60% marks in HSSC (Pre-Engineering) or an equivalent examination.
Selection Criteria
- Merit list prepared by assigning 30% weight to Matriculation marks (or equivalent exam) and 70% to score obtained in the NU Admission Test
- Performance in the NU Admission Test
OR
Selection on the basis of SAT score
- Combined score of 1,500 or more in the SAT-I examination, AND
at least 550 in the SAT-II (Math Level IIC) examination

BS (Computer Science)
Eligibility
- At least 60% marks in Matriculation or an equivalent examination AND
- At least 50% marks in the HSSC or an equivalent examination. Must have studied Mathematics at HSSC level.
Selection Criteria
Selection on the basis of NU Admission Test
- Merit list prepared by assigning 30% weight to Matriculation marks (or equivalent exam) and 70% to score obtained in the NU Admission Test
OR
Selection on the basis of SAT score
- Combined score of 1,500 or more in the SAT-I examination, AND
at least 550 in the SAT-II (Math Level IIC) examination

BS (Electrical Engineering)
Eligibility
- At least 60% marks in Matriculation or an equivalent examination AND
- At least 60% marks in HSSC (Pre-Engineering) or an equivalent examination.

OR
Selection on the basis of SAT score
- Combined score of 1,500 or more in the SAT-I examination, AND
at least 550 in the SAT-II (Math Level IIC) examination

Candidates Awaiting Result
Selected candidates are given provisional admission, subject to passing the examination with required score. If a candidate fails to qualify the exam, then the admission shall stand cancelled. The tuition fee shall be refunded as per university rules. Such students MUST inform the university about their exam result along with an application for the refund of dues within THREE days of its declaration.
